Patreon supporters are helping me to update the game with more contents, and they have access to the latest roadmap we are working with, with some new sidequests and new animations, besides, I'm working hard these months to introduce a more powerful animation setup including interactive events and reactions.
Many of these features will be eventually published on public itch version, but meanwhile we still progressing and testing fixing all bugs and adding more improvements :D

So I've noticed a few characters at the camp that seem to imply they will join my party. But nothing seems to happen when I interact with them and hit join. I already have 5 people in my party so it could be full, is there a way to remove party members?
Sure! there's an option in the campsite (fireplace) to rest and disband all the characters so they are available in the campsite to make the team with your favourite characters.
To run such option you need to use the fireplace menu, or the clock/fireplace menu in the player house in the capital city after purchase it.

How to remove the 3 pillars in the tower of succubs?

I guess you're talking about the first floor, right?
You need to use the grimmoire of conjuration on a rom with an altar with the same pillars.
Once you activate the grimmoire there, you'll hear a sound which will remove the pillar in the middle which blocks the path.
