KunPlugins Update!
⭐Hello!
Kuns are back with a new round of updates for several main plugins:
KunHirelings
Now upgraded to introduce a hireling manager window so you can join and disband hireling party members and save their progress in a new content manager $gameHirelings.
Hireling management introduces new classes and conversion methods, with a more customized asset selection from the parameters, to ease the Game_Actor <> Hireling conversion, and specific class-defined names (and last names), for example, guard, magician, healer, beast... Then the graphics template setup, to provide a random look from the template list provided per class.
The purpose of KunHirelings is to actors as a large, dynamic and randomly generated unit database to join for tactical battles based on their class, avoiding some of the restrictions given by the vanilla rpgmaker mv engine, an and is an active part of the monster-girl-hunter mechanics for the new game in production, Obsidian Lust.
KunAnimations V2
Finally! I was able to upgrade both of the versions I was working into one, including Amirian Curse's most recent updates and tricks, plus the new Scene Parameters, Actions and Conditions, to improve the in game variable management:
- Actions: Update game many variables from a single hotspot touch
- Conditions: Unlock interactive spots and animation variants when the given variable conditions meet.
Plus, it introduces an easier and secure management of animation packs with the plugin extension KunAnimationPack.
KunAnimationPack
This plugin was created to avoid overloading tons of animations in the base KunAnimations plugin, which would end up causing trouble working with the scene and animation setup, including a CTD error when loading so many scenes.
Given the hierarchy of the scene and animation setup, this extension now will become quite handy to move and arrange the animation scene database.
Also, KunAnimations V2.10 runs now with KunSoundSets, instead of the former version KunSoundBanks, which works the same way, but with a slightly different setup of logics.
KunSoundSets
Create sound sets under different profiles, to provide a range of sound variants to any sound emitter which uses this plugin. You may define random pitch/tone, balance and volume, as well as a large set of sounds to play randomly as a sound set selection is activated.
Remember all these plugins are yet under an active development and may throw yet some errors. Feel free to comment below any issues you find as you test them 😉
